Listed building

A good example of a mid-19th century rural house with historic character and many original external features. The house contributes positively to the rural character of the area, and emulates the polite architecture of Georgian fashion but with a continuing local character.

Detached, set back from road with front garden. Two-storey with attic, five-bay, east and west wings two-storey, single bay.

Central porch supported by columns with Doric order capitals.

Rendered screen wall east of the house (constructed in 1997), altered single storey outbuildings to the west, modern rear extensions to the main house, replacement front door and modern render to the east wing, rainwater goods, windows and doors.
