House with 17th century origins, forming a cluster with two other early origin buildings. Contributes to the streetscape character at the heart of St Aubin. Historically refaced, with rendered finish.

Reputedly contains 17th century (pre-1650?) chamfered fireplaces and 18th century staircase. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
