  • Eastview Farm (No 2) sold for £250,000 in 2003 and £895,000 in 2021. No recent transactions for other two units. The whole property sold for £150,000 in 1982, and there were plans to create seven residential units, subject to planning consent, which was presumably withheld.

Farm house range with 18th and mid-19th century buildings, retaining exterior historic character and some features, contributing to rural streetscape. 18th century farmhouse, earliest origin indicated by long roughly dressed quoins to west. Appears on Richmond map 1795. Mid-19th century dower house.

Farmhouse range comprising original 18th century five-bay house (now No 2 Eastview Farm) with added three-bay 19th century house (No 1 Holly Tree House). Associated converted and altered outbuildings to the rear.

The west corner includes the doorway to No 3 'L'Ecurie'. 19th century farmhouse: Notable elaborate iron railings on roadside.
