This mid-late 19th century farm range retains its external historic proportions and character, contributing to rural streetscape. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Two-storey, five-bay house with two-storey, three-bay wing to the east (Ferndale Cottage). Adjoining to the west is a two-storey barn. Parallel to the north are converted outbuildings.
