Good example of 18th century rectory, with interesting outbuildings. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Detached, two-storey, five-bay, double pile. Pitched slate parallel roofs, double ridge, central valley, two granite chimneys with dripstones, 2 rendered chimneys.
At rear yard: bakehouse, adjacent to road, random granite, pantile roof, probably early 19th century with late 19th century brick additions.
Low granite wall, iron gates to front garden and rear yard.
Central entrance with secondary half glazed double doors, sidelights and overlight to the hallway. Open stair to the attic with painted stick balusters. Three fielded panel doors of late 18th century type.
