A mid-late 19th century house that retains its historic interest and exterior character. Mid-late Victorian rural house, circa 1860s/70s.

The 1934/35 Ordnance Survey Map shows High View to be the earliest property in the immediate area.

3 bay, 2 storey house, with rear lean-to extension. Pitched slate roof with rendered end stacks, decorated with moulded band. Front (southwest) elevation is cement rendered, lined in imitation ashlar with emphasised quoins. Wide central doorway.

Rear elevation to house has pierre perdu render to upper floor.

Lean-to has mono-pitch slate roof, rubble stone walls with brick dressings to openings.
