A rural house of early origins retaining original interior and exterior features from various phases of its development. The property is on the Richmond map 1795.
A number of interior features such as the fireplace and the existence of a tourelle tower would place the origins of the property to be earlier than evident from the exterior, possibly 1600 or earlier.
