This early 18th century cottage retains its overall historic form and, on the south elevation, its historic character with 19th century features remaining. Its significance is increased by its proximity to nearby Waterlane Cottage of similar structure.

The cottage displays Jersey’s vernacular tradition in the use of local materials and details. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Single-storey, three-bay cottage with 20th century flat roof extension to north.
