  • Wills: In 1901 plasterer James Wills (1853- ) lived here with his wife Ann Elizabeth, nee Travers (1858- ) and their children James (1881- ), a tailor; Annie (1883- ), a dressmaker; Alfred (1886- ), a tailor; Ellen (1887- ), Herbert Edward (1890- ), and wilfred (1893- ). Also in the household was James' widowed sister Elizabeth Brown (1844- ), a nurse.
  • Le Ruez - In 1941 John Abraham Le Ruez (1888- ) and his wife Lilda Louisa, nee Hotton (1890- ) were living here with their children John Cyril (1915- ), Donald Syvret (1918- ) and Marjorie Maud (1920- ). In 1940 an application was made on behalf of Donald for postponement of military service so that he could continue to work on the farm

A late 18th century farm group with a good survival of original features and character. Four-bay, two-storey house with single-storey five-bay wing on the west, two-storey farm building/wing on the east. Barn, part of pigsties and outbuilding to the north.
