This attractive early 18th century farmhouse, with its unaltered front facade, still retains its character internally and externally while contributing to its rural streetscape. An historic development can be seen in the panelling, stair and doors. The building is shown on the Richmond map of 1795.
Original farmhouse (two-storey, four-bay) with south wing ending with throughway abutting adjacent property. North barn wing terminating in lean-to. Parallel to west is small detached outhouse.
