Historic farm group, with farm house dating back to late 16th century, retaining original exterior and some original interior features.

Round arch of pattern probably dating to just before 1600, with row of small stones forming second voissoirs, plain chamfer stops. 17th century alterations.

Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Small farmstead consisting of three-bay, two-storey main house with two-bay, two-storey dower wing and later extension on the west side, freestanding outbuildings on the west side.

Slate roof. Stone chimneys with thatch stones.

Interior single pile, two rooms wide with central passage, currently all knocked through into one room. Stone door surround leads to square tourelle tower on the north side. Corbels of west end fireplace visible, east end hearth has been altered. Deep splayed window reveals. The dower cottage has been modernised and converted to a kitchen. An original hearth on the first floor is reportedly blocked in.
