The 1901 census shows Florence and her baby sister Ida living here with her father Alfred (1876- ) and mother Florence Maud, nee Poignand (1877- ), and Alfred's parents Edouard Vibert (1837- ) and Elizabeth, nee Hacquoil. Aunt Elizabeth was also living in a separate household with her husband Philip VIbert and their son Edmund

Despite possible Medieval origins, this is not a listed building.
Two-storey, four-bay house - refronted in 1840. It has unchamfered windows and east and west chimneys. Rear wing with part-exposed granite dressings. McCormack suggests that the west gable and wing are medieval. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
