- Le Boutillier: In 1941 Gladys Elvina Le Boutillier, nee Perchard (1901- ) was living here with Gabrielle Mary Messervy Beaugie (1923- ) and Mary Messervy Beaugie (1925- ), her children by her first marriage to Eric Messervy Beaugie. Gladys married Edmund Arthur Le Boutillier in 1930 and also in her household were Donald George (1919- ) and Margaret Norah Le Boutillier (1921- ), her husband's children by his first marriage

A rendered three-bay, two-storey house of mid-late 19th century appearance. Shown as an existing farmstead on the 1935 ordnance survey map. Parallel plan layout.
The property has several early datestones including one from the 17th century on a gatepost.
