This early Jersey house retains its irregular proportions and historic character. It contributes to the roadside setting, although the house to the north compromises this.
This building is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
The unusual spacing of the windows and doorway, together with a slight battering of the front wall suggests an early date.
