Mid-late 19th century cottage. Possible 18th century origins as site occupied in 1795 (Richmond map). One of a pair of similar adjacent cottages: standing parallel with Becquet Vincent to the south, both side on to road.

Detached cottage, single storey with attic, six-bay. Pitched pantile roof, rooflights to south, two dormers to north, brick chimneys, west one with thatch stone. Doorway off centre to west up steps, patio door at east end.
