This mid-19th century house retains its external historic character and contributes to the scenic value of the bay. Its solid rubble wall is a striking termination to the hill from the east.

Detached two-storey, three-bay with single storey, lean-to to west. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneys on each gable and the lean-to.

Blocked stair window with carved datestone lintel.
