Early-mid 19th century detached rural house with wash house. Some original features survive including fine staircase, many doors, timber shutters, interior of wash house including fireplace.

Two-storey, with attic, five-bay rural house, with single-storey washhouse wing attached to east. Pitched slate roof with three dormer windows.

Modern rear extension.

House interior is single pile, double fronted, central hall and stair. Staircase up whole height of house to attic, mahogany handrail and turned balusters.
