- Vibert: In 1941 Verdun Clement Vibert (1917- ), his wife Nancy, nee Le Ruez (1917- ) their children Betty Muriel (1937- ) and David John (1939- ), together with Mr Vibert's sister Una May (1922- ), were living here. Verdun and Nancy were married at St Brelade in 1936. In 1940 he applied to postpone military service so that he could continue working his farm. He later made two Agricultural War Claims for damage to the property during the German Occupation.

Although included in the HER website, this two-storey, five-bay house, built in the 18th century and shown hown on the Richmond Map of 1795, is apparently not a listed building, perhaps because of extensive alterations made in the 20th century
