This 19th century rural house retains its historic fabric and proportions and contributes to the setting, along with its pigsties. The house is thought to date to the first half of the 19th century. The 1849 Godfray Map shows a property already on the site. The style of stonework and the pegged roof trusses also suggest an early 19th century date.
