- 17 IW ♥♥ AIG 94 for Jean William and Anne Ingouville who married in St Peter in 1791. The stone is located here by HER but the datestone register places it on a property at the bottom of Beaumont Hill, describing the inscripton as 17 JW ♥♥ AIG

This late 18th century two-storey five-bay house retains its elegant proportions and historic character with features remaining. It contributes to the streetscape. Late 18th century.
There is evidence that the interior retains some features of historical significance from the late 18th/early 19th century, including a mahogany staircase with turned newel and stick balusters, panelled doors, fireplaces with timber surrounds and original roof trusses.
