Early 18th century farmstead, refronted in the 19th century, with outbuildings attached as paired wings flanking the house. Many original features survive.

McCormack proposes that the 18th century house reused much stone from a medieval property.

Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Farmhouse and outbuildings to west and east. House: two-storey with attic, five-bay, attached to paired flanking wings of farm buildings which return to south

Detached two-storey 19th century building to west. Apple crusher in garden to south.
