One of a pair of semi-detached, two storey, three-bay coastal houses, with the adjacent Playa d'Or. Previously part of a terrace of similar pairs called Beau Rivage

Flight of granite steps up to central modern porch. Canted bay window below balcony with ornamental pierced parapet, balcony covered by bay window.

Low rendered garden wall, iron gate and swan neck railings.
