Historic farm group with 18th century farmhouse retaining historic character and some original features.

Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Main house is two-storey, three-bay facing south. Lower extensions to east forming a T-shape. Small yard on north side.

Buildings on the north side have been redeveloped.

Across the road is a small granite building with a single large opening at front, date-stone 1772 and mono-pitch slate roof, believed to have originated as an ash house.
