This is a unique, well proportioned and crafted building which contributes to the texture of the streetscape and also Jersey's stock of early 20th century buildings. Built in 1912 by Messervy and Queree for Jersey Mutual Insurance Company.
THree-storey, three-bay. Roof obscured by half-pedimented gable with exaggerated keystone and ball finial. Walls rock faced granite with dressed coping, cill courses and first floor cornice with brackets. Ground floor keystones exaggerated and elongated. Rounded rainwater hoppers marked with 1912.
