Retail with residential above. Three-storey, three-bay. Roof behind parapet. Walls rendered framed full height with render pilasters and band at gutter level. Unusual render motif at top with T, C and 1848.
There is a datestone, GT 1848, which represents George Touzel, commemorating the date his father, Jean, founded the animal feed business which became George Touzel and Sons in 1866.
