Early 19th century shop. This building contributes to the streetscape. A building in this position is marked on Le Gros 1834 map.

Retail with residential above. Two-storey, three-bay. Red concrete tile roof. Brick chimney. Walls rendered with ashlar effect with textured paint.

Access to ground floor hall showed original stair with stick balusters. First floor reportedly has boarded up fireplaces.
