Mid-late 19th century shop. This corner building enhances the streetscape and, although totally refurbished, retains its original character.

Retail with residential above. Two-storey with attic. Three bays on Bath Street, gable end on Minden Street. Pantile roof with two box dormers. Three-panel parapet with heavy projecting cornice at gutter level, pilasters dropping to first floor cill level.
