This mid-late Victorian building contributes to the streetscape. Three-storey, six bays. Slate roof with two small box dormers.

A cobbled street in the 19th century. Nos 12 and 14 are in the centre of the row of properties on the left, making the corner with Halkett Street, and with the market in the distance beyond
