A terrace of tall early Victorian stucco houses laid out in a gentle crescent and set back from the public road with a communal driveway/garden bordered by a low stone wall with brick coping and iron railings, with large square pillars forming entrances at either end.
Each house is three-storey with semi basement, threee-bay with single storey linking entrance wings set back to the side. Four houses survive from the original crescent – those at the south end subject to major reconstruction in the mid-1990s.
Pitched slate roofs with brick chimney stacks. The principal elevations are rendered with rusticated quoins and coved eaves. Semi-basement also rendered but with ashlar and keystone effect, with string course above windows.
The name St Saviour's Crescent in embossed lettering on front of No 1.
The entrance wings are single storey with semi-basement, containing rectangular doorcases with panelled doors. Further door at basement level.
